• Serenity Premium Cruises: This trip starts in Cat Ba. It’s good if you are already staying on the island. The boat leaves between 8:00 and 8:20 in the morning. They can pick you up at your hotel in Cat Ba Town, or the Serenity Cruises office at 191 ¼ Street, Cat Ba Town. If you are in Hanoi, Hai Phong, or Ha Long, you can still go, but you must wake up early (5:30 from Hanoi, 6:30 from Ha Long/Hai Phong). It will also cost more for the car.
• Serenity Explorer Cruises: This trip starts in Hanoi. It’s good if you don’t have much time on Cat Ba but still want to see Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island. The boat leaves between 7:00 and 7:20 in the morning. They can pick you up in the Old Quarter or at their office at 106 Tran Nhat Duat Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. This is also a good choice if you are in Hai Phong, Ha Long, or even Cat Ba.

The trips are different, too.

• Serenity Premium Cruises: This trip spends all its time on the water. It goes further to where Lan Ha Bay meets Ha Long Bay. You can see Soi Sim Island, Dua Island, and even Ha Long City. You can also go kayaking through the Hang Sang (Bright Cave) and Hang Doi (Bat Cave). Inside the caves are beautiful pools of water. If the weather is nice, you might even see some Voọc monkeys! These monkeys live only in Cat Ba National Park. The trip is long, more than 8 hours, from 8:30 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon. You will travel on the bay, see islands, go kayaking, and swim at Ba Trai Dao beach.
• Serenity Explorer Cruises: This trip is full of surprises! You will see Cat Ba Island, the old fishing village of Cai Beo, part of Cat Ba National Park, including the small village of Viet Hai, go kayaking, swim in Lan Ha Bay, and watch the sunset on the way back. The trip is from 7:00 in the morning to 8:30 at night. You will be on the boat for almost 7 hours, seeing Lan Ha Bay.
